Darren is the founder of WiP and a fractional L&D leader who partners with forward-thinking leaders and organisations to build high-performing teams that deliver measurable results.

 

He was previously Lead Consultant and Director of Learning & Digital Solutions at a specialist consulting firm, where he led the internal workforce development function and spearheaded strategic engagements with clients such as Twitter (Asia Pacific), Don Don Donki, Hyundai Motor Group, and TOUCH Community Services.

 

With over two decades of corporate experience, Darren has held leadership roles at major organisations including Jones Lang LaSalle (JLL) and Oversea-Chinese Banking Corporation (OCBC), and has served on the board of the Singapore Institute of Building Limited (SIBL).

 

He regularly shares his expertise on organisational learning and workforce development at industry events hosted by local and international institutions.
